현재 코로나 바이러스로 모마미술관은 폐쇄되었습니다.

To our MoMA community,   Nothing is more important to us than your health and safety, and we take seriously our responsibility as civic institutions that serve the public good. With that in mind, after consulting with public health experts and city and state officials, we have temporarily closed The Museum of Modern Art, MoMA PS1, and the MoMA Design Stores on 53rd Street and in Soho, and postponed all Museum events.   We will remain closed through March 30, and will continue to monitor developments with the novel coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) and regularly reassess this temporary closure. There have been no confirmed cases of the coronavirus among our employees. Our goal is to do everything we can to help curb the spread of this outbreak in New York City and within our global community.   In these challenging times, we believe that art can keep us connected and inspire creativity, openness, and generosity. With thoughts for all the members of our community, we’re sharing some ways you can experience art through MoMA wherever you are, from our online publication Magazine, to free online courses, to the podcast The Way I See It.   We thank you for your understanding and for being a part of MoMA. 당신의 건강과 안전보다 우리에게 중요한 것은 없습니다. 시민 기관으로써 막중한 책임을 가지고있습니다.

이런 책임감의 알환으로 보건 관련 전문가와 시 의회와 상의후 모마 미술관을 임시 휴업하기로했습니다.

 

3월30일까지 휴업이며 계속해서 신종 코로나바이러스와 관련한 상황을 예의 주시할 예쩡입니다.

그리고 주기적으로 입시휴업에 관한 결정을 재평가할 것이비다.

임직원중에서는 코로나바이러스에 걸린 사례는 없습니다. 우리는 뉴욕시티와 전세계의 코로나 바이러스 확산 방지할 수 있는 최선을 다할 것입니다.

 

이런 어려운 시기에도, 우리는 예술이 우리를 끈끈하게 해주고 창의력, 베품의 가치를 상기시켜준다고 믿습니다.
